Our x box is extremely loud. BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. I find this annoying, Are they all loud like this one? Is there anything we can do to help this? Thank you for this great site. kel

it won’t play games it says it is unreadable but the game isn’t even scratched it is brand new

josiah; you need to gain access to the laser lense and mirror ,clean the lens with a cotton bud and blow out mirror area with a can of compressed air .check for smears on mirror.and dont use a cd cleaner on lens, good luck
