josiah; you need to gain access to the laser lense and mirror ,clean the lens with a cotton bud and blow out mirror area with a can of compressed air .check for smears on mirror.and dont use a cd cleaner on lens, good luck

hello everyone. I have a problem with the Xbox 360 i got last October but it isn’t the dreaded Red Ring O’ Death ive heard of. my Xbox was turning on and connecting but after a few minutes of normal gameplay the graphics were turning dark and weird. now my xbox turns on and i hear the game playing but im getting no visuals at all. ive done everything i could think of but nothing has worked. please! if you have had this happen or know what to do i would appreciate some help. thanks guys

my game was dropped onto a hard surface….this was the second time the guitar from rock band pulled it off of my speaker….it worked after the first drop…but now the power won’t even go on…i know it sounds stupid, but is there any hope…a fuse\re-set or some magic button? Wow, I thought this was gone be helpful but all this is doing is telling me stuff I already know. What about my scratched lens? I’m not trying to pay for some book, I just want to know if my lens is scratched cause I keep my games immaculate.
